Belvoir Pressés are lightly sparkling drinks made 100% naturally with much more fruit juice than usual, mixed with our spring water from the hills here and again no flavourings or artificial stuff - so they taste naturally delicious, real and very refreshing, (with no aftertaste of flavourings).

Our best seller is the sparkling Elderflower, which is made from the cordial, diluted with our spring water. The Organic Lemonade, made from pressed fresh lemons and cooking the rinds is also a great seller as is our fiery Organic Ginger Beer( we cook organic fresh ginger to make this) and the new fruity Raspberry Lemonade, new last year is very popular. Laura Zindel is an artist and designer who combines her passion for ceramics and naturalist illustration into unique housewares and objets d’art. Her work integrates techniques from the Arts & Crafts movement with modern industrial design practices and decorative arts inspired by the natural world.

A ceramist by training, Laura has always loved to draw with a pencil. Her initial drawings on the surface of clay with a glaze pencil ultimately led her to the transfer process for creating commercial works; her drawings are now silkscreened and printed as enamel transfers. This process also lent itself to repetition, allowing Laura to create exquisite surface patterns from her drawings on a wide variety of homewares.
